For example, mizonidazol subject to join on the radiosensitivity of hypoxic cells in tumors of experime ntal animals 2.5 times. Sensitizers of hypoxic cells utilize in radiotherapy of tumors.\nProtectors. rundown of chemical preservative(p) agents reduces the authority of radiation in the 1.5 - 2 times. To be effectual abundant all preventive(p) agents must be act during lance and to be quite unfavorable of technology and locations radiotsiynoho damage. Post-radiation of protective agents are ineffective. By the well-studied group of protective agents include: sec and disulfide aminotioly including cysteine, tsystamin, tsysteamin, merkaptoetihunidyn, S-(2-amino-etil)-izotiuroniy-bromide and glutathione.
